Deliveries

  1. How much will posting and packing cost?

    • Postage and packing is FREE for all orders in the UK, £10 to the EU and £20 for the rest of the world.

  2. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

    • Please allow between 5 and 7 workings days, if shipped to the UK and additional days for international orders. If you have any queries do not hesitate to get in contact via our contact page.

  3. Do you deliver to my country?

    • We deliver to the UK, EU and most major countries. For deliveries outside the UK/EU please do not hesitate to get in contact on our contact page.

  4. Do I have to pay import charges?

    • Yes, any that are applicable in your country.

  5. Which courier company do you use?

    • We use Royal Mail and ParcelForce.

  6. Can you leave the delivery at an agreed hiding place?

    • Our deliveries require a signature, so unfortunately we are unable to leave your parcel in a safe place.

  7. Can someone else sign for my delivery?

    • Yes, anyone at the specified delivery address can sign for the goods.

  8. Do you deliver to BFPO addresses?

    • Yes

  1. Will you be getting any more in?

    • Unfortunately some items will be out of stock or be removed from the site altogether if discontinued. Tip – We often take repeat deliveries of popular products and occasionally customers will return items to us that do not fit. Do not hesitate to get in contact via our contact page for a particular product.

  2. I need more information about the product

    • If you require more information, please get in contact on our contact page.

  3. The product I ordered is now reduced. Can you refund me the difference?

    • Unfortunately, we cannot advise you in advance of a reduced product or reimburse you the difference after you have placed an order.

    • With Google Checkout, you can quickly and easily buy from MenswearStore.co.uk and many other stores across the web.
    • If you've used Google Checkout before, all you need to do is provide your Checkout username and password to buy from us.
    • If you're using Google Checkout for the first time, you only have to fill out a single page of information once to make your first purchase. After that, you just need to enter your Google Checkout login to make a purchase.

    • On completing your order your credit card details will be securely sent to our distribution team for processing. You will then be charged as your product(s) are dispatched.

  7. Do you sell gift vouchers?

    • We currently do not sell gift vouchers, but if you think this is a good idea. Please get in contact via our contact page.

Your order

  1. Can I change my order?

    • If your order has not yet been dispatched, you may change your order by contacting us via our contact page. If your order has already been dispatched please refer to our 7-day cooling off period section.

  2. I'm not going to be in when you deliver my parcel.

    • The carrier will leave you a card informing you that delivery has been attempted. On this card will be instructions on how to obtain your parcel.

  3. Where is my Order?

    • We aim to deliver between 5 and 7 days, though unfortunately we cannot guarantee a specific day. For destinations outside the UK you will have to allow a certain amount of additional days for delivery.

  4. Can I add a gift message to my order?

    • Unfortunately this is not a service that we provide at this time.

  5. You haven't replied to my query

    • We aim to answer our queries ASAP. Sometimes our responses are rejected by your email provider for what could be a number of reasons (they are viewed as junk mail, your mailbox is full etc...), or the email we have sent you could be delayed by general internet traffic. If we have not responded in 5 working days and you did not receive a confirmation e-mail to your query, it may be possible that you entered your e-mail address in wrongly. Please re-enter your query (on the contact page) or if urgent do not hesitate to phone us (the number also on the contact page).

  6. 7 day Cooling-Off Period

    • In addition to our returns policy; under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have seven working days (beginning the day after receipt) to cancel your purchase from menswearstore.co.uk. Upon returning the product to MensWearstore you will recieve a full refund. Please refer to the returns section for more information regarding sending the product back to us and how long it will take to refund you.

Returns

  1. I need to return an item(s)

    • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size / colour if preferred. In most cases we will require you to pay for return to to the warehouse but we will ship the replacement free of charge. Please contact us via our contact page to ask for further information.

  2. Can you confirm you’ve received my return?

    • We recommend that you send your return by a secure postage method, such as recorded delivery. This way you will be able to trace your delivery through the carrier that you used. If you need further confirmation do not hesitate to contact us via our contact page.

  3. How long will it take for you to refund me?

    • Before contacting us please take note of the time-scales required to process a refund:

      1. Please allow 3 working days from receipt of a return for us to process a refund.

      2. Once a refund is processed you will receive an email confirming this (the email will be sent to the same email address as your Order Confirmation email was sent).

      3. After receiving the return confirmation email, please allow a further 5-10 working days for the refund to be credited to your account. This time frame is dictated by your bank or card issuer and is outside of our control. (N.B Your refund will be credited to the same card with which you made your original purchase. If for any reason this is not possible, (i.e. the card had been declined or has expired) we will send a cheque to your billing address within 2 Working Days).

  4. When will I receive my replacement?

    • Before contacting us please take note of the time-scales required to process an exchange:

      • Please allow 3 working days from receipt of a return for us process an exchange.

      • Once the exchange has been processed please allow the following additional days for delivery of your replacement item:

        • UK: Up to 7 Working Days

        • European Union: 7 – 14 working days

        • Rest of World: 7 – 28 working days

  5. Part of my order is missing

    • Regrettably mistakes can happen. If you have received you order and an item is missing, please contact us via our contact page, quoting your order number and the missing item and they will investigate the matter further.

    • If you are returning an item, or items, to us for a refund or an exchange then the cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. If an exchange, we will ship the replacement(s) free of charge.
